I'm a Purraholic ...

Hello again

Hi I thought I'd give you an update on my purring and meowing problems. Well, the purring is still as loud as ever and I just can't help it. I get cuddled in those human arms with a tickle behind the ear and I'm putty in their hands. I know it's sad, but at least I've admitted I've got a problem, so that's half the battle, isn't it????

I am, however, making REAL progress on the meowing front! Today I managed my first REAL meow! The human female had taken me to see TED (The Evil Doctor) and on the way back from having my final inoculations, I actually meowed at her from my carrier!!!

Friends, I cannot say how much this meant to me:-) Oh how I purred and purred. Would you allow me this one occasion as an appropriate purr? please? The human shrieked with joy - not a pretty sound and when we got home she babbled on for hours to the male human about how wonderful I was. A small step for me might be the start of dealing with my problems, don't you think? I hope so.

Kind regards to all the Freddie Street Team.

Francis

Hi Francis,

You certainly are making progress on the meowing front! Well done! You should feel pleased with yourself and award yourself an extra helping of breakfast.

Unfortunately you're not doing so well with the purring are you? I know that humans can be very delightful animals but it doesn't do to get too fond your pets. However we all agree that a celebratory purr, given the circumstances, is understandable.

Keep up the good work

Sass
And the Freddie street Gang
